We do accept business and personal checks for payments. This option is not available through our shopping cart. Should you wish to pay by check, you must do so through email or phone. No orders will ship until checks have cleared our bank.

Innovative does not provide credit terms or financing. However, we do work closely with a lending company that has always taken very good care of our customers needing financing. Once we know what you are wanting and where it will be shipped, we will provide a sales quote for your approval. Once your approval has taken place, we will forward the quote to the leasing agent and introduce you to them. At that point, the two of you can arrange and agree upon the terms. After credit approval and funding, we will prepare and ship your order. Should you wish to make a purchase through this option, this must be managed through email or phone.

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states of the United States for all orders, totaling $350.00 or more.

You may choose expedited shipping methods during check out. Expedited shipping does not fall under the rules of "Free" or "Flat Rate" shipping and costs whatever it costs. We use the shipping companies that offer the best service and rate to your shipping destination.

Milling machines and Cabinet Mounted Ball Spinners are shipped via motor carrier. Orders requiring motor carrier delivery cannot processed through our shopping cart. To determine accurate shipping costs, we must know your complete shipping address. Commercial locations have better rates than residential locations. The delivery driver will not take your shipment anywhere the driver determines a wide load and a pallet jack cannot navigate.

The closest airports are both about an hour drive away. Baltimore/DC Airport is probably the most convenient with the better airfares, but you can also arrive through Hershey, PA.
