Shipping Information

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states of the United States for all orders, totaling $350.00 or more.

You may choose expedited shipping methods during check out. Expedited shipping does not fall under the rules of "Free" or "Flat Rate" shipping and costs whatever it costs. We use the shipping companies that offer the best service and rate to your shipping destination.

Milling machines must be shipped via motor carrier. The skidded weight of some of our mills can reach up to 830 pounds. The dimensions of the shipping crate is 44" x 33" x 60". When we ship items through motor carrier, we ship the items insured with the final leg of the delivery on a truck with a lift gate (to get the unit safely to the ground) and inside delivery. The delivery driver will not take your shipment anywhere that a wide load and a pallet jack cannot navigate. For inside delivery the doors of your pro shop or bowling center must be wide enough. The delivery driver will not help you un-crate or assemble your mill. For us to determine an accurate shipping cost, we must know your complete shipping address. Commercial locations, where there are business hours have better rates than residential locations.

Orders going to Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping. We must know your complete shipping address before we can provide you an accurate shipping quote. Our shopping cart does not accurately quote shipping costs for Alaska or Hawaii. Please contact us by email or phone and let our sales department help you with your order.

We ship our products most everywhere in the world. Our shopping cart however, does not accurately quote international shipping costs. Please contact us by email and let our sales department help you with your order. For "heavy" equipment shipments, please provide us the complete address of your freight forwarder. Country specific duties and taxes are not included with your quote from Innovative Bowling Products and are completely the responsibility of the buyer.
