No return of merchandise is accepted without prior notice and consent. Returned merchandise must be shipped to Innovative Bowling Products with shipping costs prepaid by the shipper.  Should we determine that the returned product is defective, due to a fault of our own we will, at our discretion, repair of replace the item.

Fulfillment mistakes that may have been made which resulted in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return, as long as the item shows no signs of use and is returned in its originally packaging.

Special shipping terms (free or flat rate) offered at time of purchase are not taken into consideration when returning merchandise. Product cost, minus actual shipping costs is the amount of any return.
